Dewi graduated from Tourism Management School in Bali, majoring in Public Relations. Her easy going personality and fondness to meet new people made her decide to work in the Hospitality industry for almost 5 years, mostly in the Sales and Marketing position. Those years gave her the administration and marketing skills in order to build up more confidence to try different fields of work. She joined the Exotiq team in Jimbaran in May 2008 and started as a secretary, but was quickly promoted to office manager to acquire new challenges and to gain more experience in the real estate business. Diah started her career in the hotel industry mostly in secretarial jobs. While excelling in her current position as office manager she can now include accountancy tasks to her developing portfolio of administrative skills.

Well travelled in Asia, Dominique is a long time resident of Bali and has 17 years of experience as a consultant with the ILO, The World Bank and other international and bilateral organizations. Dominique has been involved in real estate in Bali for two decades. He is the CEO for Exotiq Property and responsible for franchising and expanding the brand. Mark Vroon was born in Amsterdam and has been traveling the world since 1990. He has been working in many different fields from international reporter to professional diver to real estate agent.
